Russ & Amanda
Owners of CJ’s Lawn and Snow Services
Russ and Amanda both grew up with agricultural backgrounds and have always had a strong work ethic. They’ve learned firsthand to take pride in what they do and show great appreciation when things are done the right way. They share personal experiences and life lessons with their crew and family. Both of their young boys love to get involved with the business and work with the crew, especially when it comes to maintenance on the mowers.
As the owner of CJ’s, Russ enjoys working together with his crew every day. For several years he worked on the mowing crew and when the opportunity arises, he enjoys teaming up with them again to lend a hand. Today, you will find Russ maintaining his own Fertilizing route.
Amanda has been involved with the business finances, HR, and supporting Russ. You can find her managing customer communications and maintaining the routing system. Together, Russ and Amanda continue to build their customer relationships and look forward to taking the business even further in the years to come.
Our Crew Leaders
Nate
Nate started with CJ’s in 2016.
When Nate started, he was on a mowing crew with Russ. It didn’t take long for Nate to start managing his own crew. As CJ’s continued to grow, he managed all the mowing crews and took a lead on our snow routes. These days, Nate assists Russ with our fertilizing routes and managing the daily operations of our company. He is well respected and liked by co-workers. Our oldest son loves an opportunity to work with Nate and we are fairly certain our dog Maggie would trade us for him.
Lohgan
Lohgan started at CJ’s in 2020.
Lohgan was new to lawn maintenance in 2020, but with Nate’s guidance, he quickly became a real asset. The following year he was managing his own crew. Today, he is our Lawn Mowing Operations Manager. He has proven his worth to the company and continues to be a cornerstone of CJ’s. Lohgan is well respected and is a rock star when it comes to our youngest son.
