CJ’s Lawn and Snow Services, Inc. is a family-owned company located in Waunakee. Our company provides
commercial properties with year-round grounds management. Many of our customers we have had for over 10 years and
they trust us to manage the lawn care, landscape maintenance and snow removal. Customers appreciate our honesty and respect for their needs. We also extend services to residential lawns with our fertilizer and weed control program.
We retain our commercial and residential customers by continuing to build our relationships but
more importantly by having great staff to help us support our services.

Lawn Season Monday – Friday, days start at 7:00 and end from 5:00-6:00 weather dependent. Saturdays are needed only in the event of a very poor weather week.
Snow Season is weather dependent.

Positions Available
Lawn Technician and Lawn Technician Crew Leader
Responsibilities & Wages
Lawn care services for commercial and large residential properties. Mowing crews are responsible for the weekly mowing, trimming and blowing properties. Work effectively and efficiently with the best specialized equipment: 60” Zero-Turn mowers, 48” stand-on mowers, string trimmers, backpack & handheld blowers, hedge trimmers, etc. Weekly maintenance of equipment to keep them the best; clearing decks, changing blades, oil changes, etc. Additionally in the season will complete bed maintenance, property cleanups in the Spring & Fall, mulch, pruning, tree trimming and light landscaping. Snow removal includes plowing, blowing and shoveling. Hourly wages range from $18-$23/hour based on levels of experience.

Fertilizing Technician
Responsibilities & Wages
Application of fertilizer, weed control, insecticide, and fungicides. Assessing and correcting any problems a customer’s lawn has. Supply great customer service and work independently. Our routes are approached as a team and it is important to work well together. Must be certified with Wisconsin 3.0 Turf and Landscape Pesticide. Additional job duties will be assigned as needed. We do not do any door-to-door sales or phone solicitations. During the winter months, snow plowing, blowing, and shoveling. Hourly wages range from $20-$25/hour based on levels of experience. Currently, only full-time positions are available.
